Leroy Middleton and Rosalee Hazel Middleton
Celebrate their 74 year anniversary on June 1, 2017
Mr. and Mrs. Leroy and Rosalee Hazel Middleton of North Charleston, SC, celebrated their 74th wedding anniversary on June 1, 2017. The Middleton’s were married June 1, 1943, at the home of the Rev. Tiller, who performed the original ceremony. Their children are: Leroy, Jr., and wife Brenda Middleton of North Charleston, SC, Tyrone Victor and wife Sarah Middleton of Atlanta, GA, Paul Donald and wife Terrie Middleton of Summerville, SC, and Denice Middleton-Rice and husband Roland Rice of Huntsville, AL. The couple have eight grandchildren: Leroy III, Leslie, Zacheus, Sadena, Jamal, Victoria, Roland and Tonya; and have eight great-grandchildren, Zacheus, Jr., Jordan, Benjamin, Nadia, Peyton, Jordan, Kenyon and Koree. Mr. Middleton, who celebrates his 95th birthday in October, retired from Stein Hall.Mrs. Middleton, who celebrated her 91st birthday in January, is a retired homemaker.
