David A. and Mary T. Jacobson of Goose Creek, SC, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on October 5, 2017.
The Jacobsons were married on October 5, 1957, in Boston, MA.
Their children are: Donna Butler and husband David of Hanahan, SC, David Jacobson and wife Alicia of McDonough, GA, Kenneth “Jake” Jacobson and wife Linda of Summerville and Steven Jacobson of Goose Creek.
They have five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Mr. Jacobson retired from the U.S. Navy Seabees, and is a retired 1957 lineman/electrician.
Mrs. Jacobson retired as Human Resources Manager.
They celebrated by cruising the Mississippi River from New Orleans to Memphis, TN.
