What's It Cost to Get Engaged at the Ballpark?
Yesterday was Opening Day for Major League Baseball. And just as hope springs eternal for long-suffering Cubs fans (yes, they lost their opener), so too does it for guys who hope to put a ring on it at the old ballgame ... on the Jumbotron, perhaps?
For those interested, relationship site Swimmingly took at look all the costs and options for proposing at all 30 Major League ballparks. They range from modest — less than $39 to display a message at PNC Park in Pittsburgh during a Pirates games — to up to $2,500 to do a live proposal at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles (limited to one per month).
