Nora Harrison Grimball and Derek James Norton
Our Engagement Announcement
Mr. and Mrs. Francis Ellerbe Grimball of Mt. Pleasant, SC are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Nora Harrison Grimball of Columbia, SC, to Derek James Norton, also of Columbia. Derek is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Brian Aaron Norton of Pearl River, NY.
Miss Grimball is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mason Gardner Alexander and Mrs. William Heyward Grimball and the late Mr. Grimball, all of Charleston, SC. She earned a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from the College of Charleston and an M.Ed. in Special Education from The University of South Carolina. She is employed by Richland District One.
Mr. Norton is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. George Thomas Halusic of Stillwater, NY and the late Mr. and Mrs. Roger Norton of Endwell, NY. He graduated from The Citadel with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and is employed as a firefighter by the Columbia Police Department.
The wedding is planned for March 21, 2015, at Magnolia Plantation in Charleston, SC.
