Our Engagement Announcement
Senator and Mrs. Hugh K. Leatherman of Florence, SC are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Jean Leatherman, and Merritt Smith, both of Charleston, SC. The groom-elect is the son of Mrs. Barbara Smith McQuillan and Mr. Monte Earl McQuillan, both of Summerville, SC.
Amy is a graduate of Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC and the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. She is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Merritt graduated from Clemson University and is employed by Hertz Corporation in Charleston, SC.
The wedding is planned for December 12, 2015, at Bethel United Methodist Church in Charleston, SC.
