Our Engagement Announcement
Mr. and Mrs. Byron C. Rodgers III of Pinopolis, SC are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Michele Rodgers of Pinopolis, to Tyler Nelson Townsend of Sumter, SC, son of Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Snider of Sumter, SC, son of Ms. Martha Townsend of Sumter, SC and Mr. Tom Townsend of Saint Charles, MO.
Miss Rodgers is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Byron Rodgers Jr. of Pinopolis, SC and Ms. Elke Black of Moncks Corner, SC. She graduated from Clemson University with a B.A. in English and a B.S. in Marketing. She works for Harris Corporation in Herndon, VA as a Project Analyst.
Mr. Townsend is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Townsend of Saint Charles, MO and Ms. Lois Reeder and the late Mr. Dan Reeder, also of Saint Charles. He is also the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Page and the late Mr. Robert Wingate, all of Sumter, SC. Tyler earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is employed by Hensel Phelps as an office engineer in Herndon, VA.
The wedding will be held at Moncks Corner United Methodist Church in Moncks Corner, SC on December 19, 2015.
