Our Engagement Announcement
Mr. Allan Grier Skinner is pleased to announce the engagement of his daughter Katie Marie to Austin Andrews Willard. Katie is also the daughter of the late Mrs. Terri Ward Skinner, granddaughter of Mrs. Walter Francis Murphy and the late Mr. Charles Wallace Richards of Ravenel, SC and Mrs. Hickson Prothro Skinner and the late Mr. Hickson Prothro Skinner of Charleston, SC.
The bride graduated from St. Paul’s Academy and earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Industrial Engineering at Clemson University. Katie is the Supply Chain Analyst at AFL in Greenville, SC.
Austin is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Laurens Garlington Young Willard, grandson of Mrs. Clarence Schirmer Willard and the late Mr. Clarence Schirmer Willard and the late Mr. and Mrs. Carlton Austin Andrews, all of Charlotte, NC.
He graduated from Charlotte Latin School and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Clemson University. Austin is employed as IT Manager with AEL Span, also in Greenville, SC.
They will be married in February, 2017 at Christ-St. Paul’s Church, Yonges Island, SC.
