Arlett is the daughter of Ms. Ada Silvia Urquilla of Houston. Allston is the son of The Rev. Dr. Donald Allston Fishburne and Mrs. Sarah Vann Fishburne of Pawleys Island, SC. The wedding will be December 29 at Christ Church Cathedral, Houston. Arlett’s brother Cristian Danilo Franco and Allston’s sister Sarah Hart Fishburne Shuford are among those who will be in the wedding party.
