M r.and Mrs. Robert S. Montgomery of Mt. Pleasant, SC
announces the engagement of their son, Robert Scott Montgomery II of Jacksonville, Florida and Danielle Renee Maxson of Jacksonville, Florida, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William R. Maxson of Fort Wayne, Indiana currently residing in Ponte Vedra, Florida.
Miss Maxson is the granddaughter of Mr. & Mrs. Thomas O. Yaggy/Fort Wayne, Indiana and Mr. & Mrs. Bill E. Maxson/Indianapolis, Indiana.
Robert is the grandson of Jacquelyn Johnson Montgomery of Laurens, SC, and the late Richard Mentor Montgomery, Harriet Molony Condon of Mt. Pleasant , SC and the late J. Joseph Condon, Sr. M. Anthony Stith, Jr. of Mt. Pleasant, SC is the brother of the bridegroom-elect.
Danielle is a graduate of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.
She earned her Master’s Degree from Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Danielle is recently Nationally Board Certified in Occupational Therapy and focusing on pediatrics.
Robert is a graduate of Wando High School in Mt. Pleasant, SC. He earned his undergraduate degree and Master’s Degree from The University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. Robert is a Certified Financial Planner with the Charles Schwab Corporation in Jacksonville, Florida.
The wedding is planned for February 23, 2019 in Charleston at The Cathedral of St. John the Baptist on Broad Street where his grandparents Harriet Elizabeth Molony and J. Joseph Condon, Sr were married in 1949.
