Frankie J. Schmitz of Rockville and David Robin Schmitz of Mt. Pleasant are thrilled to announce the engagement of their daughter Jae Robin to Byron Keith Parmely of Austin, TX., son of Mr. and Mrs. Terry Clark Parmely of Granite Falls, WA.
Miss Schmitz is a senior elementary education major at the College of Charleston. Mr. Parmely is a senior business major at the Citadel and has the rank of Regimental Adjutant.
