Julia Lane Willis and Patrick Thomas Napolski, both of Charleston SC, were married on April 11, 2015, on the dock at Adgers Wharf in Waterfront Park in Charleston. The Reverend David J. Butler of St. John’s Lutheran Church performed the five o’clock ceremony, and a reception followed at the Sand Dunes Club on Sullivan’s Island. Music was provided by The Bob Williams Strings Duo and The Charleston Vibes of College of Charleston.
The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs.Terry Allan Willis of Taylors, SC. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Robert Reese Willis of Clemson, SC and the late Mr. Willis and Mr. and Mrs. David Bartley Evans of Greenville, SC. She earned a B.S in Management from Clemson University and a Master of International Hospitality and Tourism Management from The University of South Carolina. Julia Lane is the Marketing Manager at Island Realty on Isle of Palms, SC.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Thomas Napolski of Lisle, IL. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Paul Bernard Napolski and the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward Victor Sliwa, all of Berwyn, IL. He earned a B.A. in Psychology from Clemson University and his Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law. Patrick is an attorney at The Richter Firm in Mt. Pleasant, SC.
Miss Sarah Joanne Willis, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bride’s attendants included Mrs. Sally Rose Alfieri, Mrs. Kathryn Isbell Pogue, Miss Ashley Marie Mullinax, Mrs. Maria Helene Mauri, and Miss Lauren Elaine Bowers. Miss Josephine Taylor Napolski, niece of the groom, was the junior bridesmaid.
The groom’s brother, Mr. Paul Michael Napolski, stood as best man. Groomsmen included Mr. David Tyler Bratton, Mr. Heath McNeill Johnson, Mr. Stephen Lundy Chryst, Mr. Brian William Scola, and Mr. Gregory Ryan Sirotek. Master Paul Drake Napolski, nephew of the groom, served as ring bearer.
The groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at The Macintosh. The couple is planning a wedding trip for early summer, and they will reside in downtown Charleston.
