Miss Krystin Nicole Orcutt and Mr. Trenton Griffith Drafts, both of Charleston, SC, were joined in marriage on Sunday, September 6th at the Daniel Island Club in Charleston, SC. Pastor Steve Keeler officiated the six o’clock ceremony on the lawn and the reception followed in the gallery and ballroom.
Krystin is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Adam Treen of Goose Creek, SC. She earned a B.S. degree in elementary education at Charleston Southern University and her master’s degree from Southern Wesleyan University. She is also a National Board certified teacher and is employed at Hanahan Elementary School in Berkeley County.
Trent is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Drafts of Beaufort, SC. He earned a B.S. degree in finance and his M.B.A. at Charleston Southern University. He played professional basketball for three years in Europe. He is employed at South State Bank in Charleston as a commercial lender.
Miss Alisha Treen, sister of the bride, of Goose Creek, SC was maid of honor. Bride’s attendants were Mrs. Nicole Culver of Wichita, KS, Mrs. Stefanie Ridley of Williamston, SC, Mrs. Danielle Smith of Spotsylvania, PA, Mrs. Leanne Minnick of Langley AFB, VA, Mrs. Lauren Gibson of Evans, GA, and Mrs. Rachel Williams of Charleston, SC.
Best man was the groom’s brother, Mr. Collin Drafts of Orlando, FL. Serving as groomsmen were Mr. Nathan Ball of Augusta, GA, Mr. Tom Booth of Annapolis, MD, Mr. Eric Peevey of Wirtz, VA, Geno Granger of Holly Hill, FL, Cal Ecker of Nashville, TN and Mr. David McCuen of Abbeville, SC.
Following a honeymoon in St. Lucia, Trent and Krystin will continue to reside in Charleston, SC.
