Hannah Grace Herman of Charleston, SC and Eric Mitchell Porter of Mill Valley, CA were married at half past four o’clock on October 10, 2015, at Old St. Andrews Parish Church in Charleston. Craige Borrett officiated, and a reception followed at the Boathouse in Poplar Grove.
The bride is the daughter of Steven and Leslie Herman of Adams Run, SC. Her grandparents are Ronald and Jean Gillette of Charleston, SC and Lila Ruth Herman and the late Herbert Herman of Glen Allan MS. She majored in Special Education at The College of Charleston.
The groom is the son of Jeffrey and Joyce Porter of Mill Valley, CA. His grandparents are Barbara Porter and the late Jerome Porter of Laguna Woods, CA and Albert and Doris Vandenberg of University Place, WA. He earned a degree in Business from Bentley University.
Emma Lewis Bratton Herman was maid of honor. Bride’s attendants were Alex Harrison, Nicole Topper, Katie Skinner, and Heather Earls. Cory Porter was the flower girl.
Mike Moncrief stood as best man. Groomsmen were Lance Morgan, Liam LaFargue, Dylan Porter, and Jackson Porter. Ring bearer was Clark Wilson.
The couple honeymooned in Great Exuma, Bahamas, and they now reside in San Francisco, CA.
