The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Alden Huggins of Summerville, South Carolina and Mr. Granville Smith Way III and Dr. Alice Maxine Boylan of Charleston, South Carolina. She is the granddaughter of Julia Eadon Gibson and the late Dr. Thomas Paul Gibson, Jr. of Hanahan, South Carolina, and Dr. Granville Smith Way, Jr. and the late Sarah Jamison Way of Summerville, South Carolina.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Jackson Powell III of Greenville, North Carolina. He is the grandson of the late Joseph Graham and Lucy Gatling Pollock of Gatesville, North Carolina, and Catherine Gant Powell and the late Robert Jackson Powell, Jr. of Washington, North Carolina.
The maid of honor was the bride’s sister, Jessica Eadon Way of Charleston, South Carolina. Bridesmaids were Sonny June Way of Charleston, South Carolina and Catherine Powell Box of Jackson, Mississippi.
The best man was the groom’s father, Robert Jackson Powell III of Greenville, North Carolina. Groomsmen were Graham Pollock Powell of Charleston, South Carolina and Robert Jackson Powell IV of Greenville, North Carolina.
The ushers were Jason Kristopher Box of Jackson, Mississippi and Lance Riddick Waverly Lynch of Charleston, South Carolina.
