Mr. Rhoad is the son of Brenda and Gene Rhoad of Charleston, SC. He is a graduate of The College of Charleston where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology and a Master of Arts in Education. He is a retired Charleston County School District science teacher.
Mr. Fopay is the Son of Shirley Holloway of Longview, TX. He is a graduate of Kilgore College where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Managements. He has worked at Enterprise Holdings for 21 years.
The couple will honeymoon in Denver, Colorado and reside in Summerville, SC with their loving dog, Sookie.
