Elizabeth Chandler Miler and Eric Scott Rackley

Elizabeth Chandler Miler of Summerville, SC and Eric Scott Rackley of Pittsburgh, PA were joined in marriage on Friday , August 19th at St. Luke’s Chapel in Charleston, SC. The Reverend Jason Cook officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Sherwood Miler, III of Summerville, SC and the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Corbett Sizemore, Jr. of Greenwood, SC and the late Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Sherwood Miler, Jr. of Summerville, SC. Chandler graduated in 2014 with her degree in biology from the Honors College at College of Charleston and is presently working to obtain her Master’s degree in public health at MUSC.
The Groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Rick Rackley of Pittsburgh, PA and the grandson of Dr. Robert Eberhart of State College, PA and the late Jeanette Watson Eberhart and Mr. and Mrs. William Mueller of Bridgeville, PA and the late Mr. John Franklin Rackley. Eric is a 2013 graduate of the Calhoun Honors College at Clemson University where he obtained his degree in biology and is currently in his fourth year of dental school at James B. Edwards College of Dental Medicine at MUSC.
Sister of the bride, Gibbon Miler Ashley, was the Matron of Honor and Bridesmaids were Kate Elisabeth Archibald, Emelie Colleen Hedges, Emma Hicks Henson, Logan Nicole Kelly, Kelly Elizabeth Najarian, Holly Elizabeth Olsen, Simmons Anne Prieskorn, Kristin Rae Rackley, Kathleen Anderson Shuler, Margaret Jordan Tanner, Rachele Palmieri Wilen. Attendants were Kelly Anne Lane, Madalyn Annette Hull and Elaina Blando Lee.
Father of the groom, Dr. Rick Rackley, was the Best Man. Groomsmen were Nicholas Joseph Carone, Anthony John DePalo, Michael Zachary Lamb, Jonathan Elliot Fryml, Riaan Lee, Brendan Arthur Lopes, Joshua Robert Lopes, Christopher Lee McKee, Daniel Sherwood Miler IV, Sloan Fitzpatrick Miler and Todd Casey Rapoport. Guests were ushered in by Dr. Christopher Talbot Carter and Mr. Riley David Wilson.
A rehearsal dinner was held on Thursday, August 18th at Cottage on the Creek in Mt. Pleasant, SC.
After the couple enjoys their honeymoon in Antigua, they will reside in Charleston, SC.
