Elizabeth Dupre Moseley and David Joseph Schley

Elizabeth Dupre Moseley of Isle of Palms, SC and David Joseph Schley of Roseville, MI, were joined in marriage on Saturday, October 29th, 2016. The 6:00 p.m. ceremony was held at First United Methodist Church on Isle of Palms, SC and was officiated by The Reverend Thomas Smith. A reception followed at the Palms Ballroom in Wild Dunes.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roger Wayne Moseley of Isle of Palms, SC, and the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. June O’Dell Yarborough of Florence, SC, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Carl Moseley of Allendale, SC.
The bride is a graduate of Clemson University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Project Management with an emphasis in Systems Engineering Management at The Citadel. She is employed by Imagine Physical Therapy.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bryan Everett Schley of Roseville, MI and the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Robert Borys and the late Mr. and Mrs. Leon George Schley of Roseville, MI. David holds a degree from Macomb College and is currently a Nuclear Electrician in the United States Navy on the USS San Juan.
Miss Caroline Fennell Moseley, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Helen Tinsley Wessinger, Mrs. Hannah Brunson Miles, Miss Raquel Joyce Reyes, Miss Jennings Burgess Cox, Miss Caroline Elease Schaffer, and Miss Kathryn Anne Baker.
Mr. William Robert Gohei Ikeda was the best man and groomsmen were Mr. Michael Patrick Schley, Mr. Evan James Eastman, Mr. Nathaniel Lee Lucas, and Mr. Christopher Phillip Lintz.
A rehearsal dinner was given by the groom’s parents at Wild Dunes Property Owners Beach house on Friday evening, October 28th. After the honeymoon in Hawaii, the couple will reside in Mystic, Connecticut.
