Miss Jacqueline Amelia Franz and Mr. Bradford Mack Daniels were united in marriage on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at four o'clock in the afternoon at First Baptist in Charleston, South Carolina. The ceremony was officiated by Doctor Freddie M. Young. Music for the ceremony was provided by Dr. Beverly Cox Bradley and Miss Caitlin Rebuck. Ceremony readings were performed by John O'Brien, uncle of the bride, and William O'Brien, cousin of the bride. The bride's parents hosted a reception at the Gadsden House. On the eve of the wedding, the groom's parents hosted a rehearsal brunch at Francis Marion Hotel in Charleston, South Carolina.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Manfred Mario Franz of Summerville, South Carolina. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Ann Amelia Slattery O’Brien and the late Mr. Thomas Francis O’Brien of Columbia, South Carolina and Mrs. Amelia Paula Blecich Franz and the late Mr. Johannes Erich Franz of Charleston, South Carolina. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Winfred Daniels of Conway, South Carolina. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. McKeaver James of Conway and the late Mr. and Mrs. Mack Daniels of Aynor, South Carolina.
Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore a candle light ball gown. The gown by Allure Bridals featured high-contrast lace and a scalloped court train, and was complemented by a classic royal cathedral veil with a blusher by Bridals By Teri. The bride carried a hand-tied bouquet of blush roses, hydrangeas, lisianthus, and freesias.
Miss Jessica Caroline Jones and Miss Kelly Margaret Luciano served as Maids of Honor. Bridesmaids included Mrs. Kelsey Dianne Boan, Miss Mary Catherine Allen Frost, cousin of the bride, Miss Lindsay Nicole Langdale, Miss Anna Elizabeth Luciano, Miss Lauren Michelle Smith, and Miss Macy Dyan Young, cousin of the bride. Junior bridesmaids included Miss Meghan Elizabeth O’Brien, cousin of the bride, Miss Mary Elizabeth, cousin of the bride, and Miss Haley Emma Taylor. The flower girls were Miss Hannah Kate Taylor and Miss Amelia Grace Daniels, great-niece of the groom. The Maids of Honor and bridesmaids wore floor-length gowns in royal blue dupioni silk.
Mr. Harry Winfred Daniels, father of the groom served as Best Man. Groomsmen included Mr. Craig Anthony Causey, Mr. Harry Winfred Daniels, Jr., brother of the groom, Mr. James Gregory Daniels, brother of the groom, Mr. James Gregory Daniels, II, nephew of the groom, Mr. Jared Thomas Daniels, nephew of the groom, Mr. Ethan Norton Johnson, nephew of the groom, Mr. Jacob Daniels Johnson, nephew of the groom, Mr. Thaddeus Viers, and Mr. Randal Grant Wallace.
The bride is a graduate of Bishop England High School in Charleston, South Carolina. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Relations, and now works at Horry Georgetown Technical College in Conway. The groom graduated from Horry Georgetown Technical College with a degree in Civil Engineering and now works at Horry Telephone Cooperative, Inc. in Conway.
The couple will honeymoon in Venice, Italy and will reside in Conway.
