Ashley Elizabeth Vaughan of Camden, SC and Joseph Sweeney Dennig of South Bend, Indiana were married on May 3, 2013, at the Legare Waring House in Charleston, SC. The Reverend Gary Phillips performed the six o’clock ceremony, and music was provided by Tom Ems, cellist. A reception immediately followed.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. William L. Vaughan of Ponte Vedra, FL and Mrs. Beth Morris of Sumter, SC. She graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in Economics, and she works for Lennar Carolinas, LLC as a Land Project Manager.
The groom is the son of Mr. Thomas H. Dennig of Orlando, FL and Ms. Peggy Sweeney of Ponte Vedra, FL. He graduated from Butler University with a degree in Journalism and is the owner of TJK Brothers Consulting.
Mrs. Marsha L. Vaughan was matron of honor. Bride’s attendants were Miss Meredith Collins, Mrs. Jennifer Albert, Miss Sarah Horton, and Miss Amy Sakos.
Best men were Mr. Thomas P. Dennig and Mr. Kevin S. Dennig. Groomsmen Mr. Brian Scott, Mr. Adam Weidner, Mr. Brian Rule. Mr. Jon Puckett, and Mr. Michael Herrman.
The couple will honeymoon in Greece and make their home on James Island.
