Erin Marshall Kreutzer and William Andrew Burris, both of Charleston, SC, were married on April 27, 2013, at The Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in Charleston. Deacon Charles Olimpio performed the two o’clock ceremony. The reception was held at The Governor Thomas Bennett House.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter J. Kreutzer of Williamsburg, VA. Her grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Patrick O’Keefe of East Rockaway, NY and the late Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Kreutzer of Huntington, NY. She is a graduate of Jamestown High School and the College of Charleston, where she earned a BA in Communication. She is currently employed in the pharmaceutical sales industry.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward N. Gideon Jr. and Mr. William M. Burris, all of Greensboro, NC. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Stadler of Greensboro, NC and the late Mr. and Mrs. William M. Burris of High Point, NC. He attended Episcopal High School in Alexandria, VA, and he graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA in Finance and International Business. He earned a Masters in International Business from the University of South Carolina. He is currently a co-owner of a commercial real estate development company in Charleston.
Miss Hailey Kreutzer was maid of honor. Bride’s attendants were Miss Merryl Arazie, Miss Kelly Bridges, Mrs. Gianna Doyl, Miss Angel Grant, Mrs. Lisa Larkins, Miss Elizabeth O’Keefe, and Miss Samantha Parisi.
Best Man was Mr. Griffin Gideon. Groomsmen were Mr. Mark Bragg, Mr. Charles Claus, Mr. John Doering, Mr. Charles Jones, Mr. Peter Kreutzer Jr., Mr. J. Dunston Powell, and Mr. John Smith Jr.
A rehearsal dinner was held at McCrady’s Restaurant on April 26, 2013. The couple honeymooned in Italy, and they now reside in Charleston.
